Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide excellent customer support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A /O Level or equivalent is required
