Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Jayson Foods located in Karachi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, assisting the sales team, managing customer orders, generating relevant reports and delivering exceptional customer service experiences on a daily basis.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Customer Support skills.
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of the food industry is beneficial
  • Must be well-versed in using MS Excel
