Customer Service Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at ibex in Karāchi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experiences, and maintaining high levels of customer service on a day-to-day basis.

- O/A Levels or Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
