Description:

- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns primarily on Instagram and Facebook

- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to products or services

- Providing product information and recommendations

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge

 

Job Requirements:

 

- 2-4 years of experience in retail customer service

- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
