Key Responsibilities:

Provide Shopify app support and create usage tutorials
Maintain excellent written and verbal English communication
Manage phone calls and emails professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Utilize CRM tools for client record maintenance
Organize and manage files for efficient data retrieval
Support lead generation through research and outreach
Manage social media accounts and assist in content creation
Demonstrate technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
