Customer Service Specialist

 

Description:

Omega Tech Solutions is seeking a driven and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing team to increase sales, grow our customer base Internationally and contribute to company's rapid growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales from new and on-going customer within allocated time limit from portfolio.
  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track all sales activities in company system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an international campaign.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with skill in empathy, patience, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply with good English communication skills.
