Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
. Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and efficient manner.
. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products/services to answer customer questions effectively.
. Recording and maintaining customer interaction records.
. Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues.
. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-eccentric approach.
. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
