This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (E-commerce) located in Karachi Division. The Customer Support Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and troubleshooting skills to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues.

· Strong Communication skills
· Proficiency in Troubleshooting
· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
· Experience with e-commerce platforms
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
