Description:

Marg101, a dynamic platform providing tailored business solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lahore. This is a full-time on-site role located at Sunflower Housing Society, near Thokar Niaz Baig. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships through chats, emails, and calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, prompt responses.
  • Manage customer service interactions through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving complaints and providing solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes to guide customers accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain proper records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (Graduation will be preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
