Happy Home School is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis from April 2025 to August 2025. This role involves assisting parents, students, and staff with inquiries while ensuring a smooth and professional communication experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

📌 Handle inquiries from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, and in person.
📌 Provide accurate information about school courses and stationery.
📌 Maintain records of all communications and follow-ups.
📌 Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth school operations.


Key Requirements:

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience in Customer Service (minimum 6 months preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Friendly, empathetic, and able to handle queries efficiently.
