Devflovv is seeking motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the medical field.

💼 Must Have:
-Inbound and outbound customer service experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
-Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
-Inbound Support: Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues related to our medical services.
-Outbound Support: Make follow-up calls, reminders, and outreach for customer satisfaction surveys.
-Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their needs.
-Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system.
-Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work to resolve them efficiently.
-Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all interactions and processes align with regulatory standards.

🕒 Job Details:
-Type: Full-time, Onsite
-Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
-Location: Royal Plaza, near LDA Avenue, Raiwind Road, Lahore

🎓 Qualifications:
-High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
-1+ year of experience in inbound and outbound customer service.
-Previous experience in the medical field or healthcare services is a plus.
