Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries across phone, email and live chat channels, ensuring professional communication

- Educate customers on product and services

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve customer service goals

- Handle all customer interactions as per service standards, policies and procedures while maintaining knowledge of bank services

- Demonstrate familiarity with Shariah - compliant banking terms and systems: flexible availability for shifts

- Prior experience in Shariah-Compliant banking systems
