Al Habib Travel is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with Umrah packages, visa requirements, flight bookings, and other travel inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process reservations, manage booking changes, and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including ticketing and visa teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their travel plans align with their expectations.
  • Build rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, and basic knowledge of reservation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy to handle customer concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer requests effectively.
