  • Resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and contribute to process improvement.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Available during US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM).
  • Previous customer service experience in Healthcare or Billing.
  • Basic technical proficiency.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
