We are seeking an experienced Follow-Up Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a neutral American accent, over 2 years of experience in sales-oriented campaigns, and the ability to work night shifts. This role is critical to nurturing and converting leads, particularly in the real estate industry, with a focus on back-office processes. You will be responsible for following up with potential clients, reinforcing persuasive pitches, and converting prospects into qualified leads. Experience in real estate processes or lead generation is a significant plus, while prior customer experience is highly beneficial for understanding client needs, managing objections, and building rapport quickly—essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls to prospective clients to reinforce previous outreach efforts and nurture leads.
- Communicate effectively with a neutral American accent, maintaining professionalism and clarity throughout conversations.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to enhance conversion opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead nurturing and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer pain points and campaign objectives.
- Handle objections professionally and continue pursuing qualified leads.
- Perform back-office duties related to real estate campaigns, including lead qualification and coordination with internal teams for seamless lead handoff.
- Adapt to different scripts and strategies depending on campaign goals and the nature of the prospective client base.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in follow-up or client relationship management, particularly in sales-oriented campaigns (real estate experience is a plus). Previous customer service or client-facing experience is a strong advantage.
- Accent: Native or neutral American accent required.
- Shift: Must be willing to work night shifts
- Sales Skills: Strong experience in handling objections and converting leads through follow-up efforts.
