Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, resolve customer issues and provide service.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues and follow up to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information and advice to customers.
  • Record customer information and communication to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records.
  • Comply with the service standards and processes set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Conduct surveys and callbacks: conduct customer satisfaction surveys as well as callbacks after issues are addressed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by the leader: completing other related work tasks according to the arrangement of the leader.

 

Posting Requirements:

Electrical and electronic majors preferred; experience in the PV industry preferred.

1. Educational background: College degree or higher, especially if the position requires specific language skills or technical knowledge.

2. communication skills: proficiency in English and Urdu, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

3. customer service skills: good customer service skills including listening, empathy and problem solving.

4. computer skills: familiarity with basic computer operations and commonly used office software such as MS Office suite, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to CRM systems or other related software used by the company.

5. Team player: able to work in a team environment and collaborate with other colleagues to deliver the best customer experience.

6. time management: good time management skills, ability to multi-task and meet call volume requirements.

7. Learning ability: willingness to learn new skills and undergo training in order to continuously improve the quality of service.

8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and processes

9. Work experience: at least 1 year of work experience in customer service call centre serving customers is required.
