Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in our Islamabad branch office, prividing remote coordination assistance to the customers based in Dubai and across the Middle East. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

The hired candidate shall be responsible to deal with day-to-day inquiries through various communication modes such as Email, Phone Calls and WhatsApp messaging, and provide best possible experience to the client, including getting approvals of all the generated leads and opportunities.


Qualifications
 

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience as a customer services coordinator would be an advantage.
