Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the ACA (Obamacare) campaign, where you will assist individuals and families in navigating their healthcare options. This hybrid role allows you to work both from home and in our office, providing flexibility while ensuring you can effectively support our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions regarding ACA health insurance options, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information about available plans, benefits, and costs.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand their options and requirements.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members during onsite meetings to enhance service strategies and share insights.
- Stay updated on ACA regulations and health insurance trends to provide informed assistance.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call resolution.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate (Fsc/A-levels or equivalent)
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in healthcare or insurance, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office as required.
