Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Call Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to experts in various fields, engaging them in informative conversations, and guiding them through the process of signing up on our client portal.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to experts in relevant fields using a variety of methods, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with experts, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Portal Onboarding: Guide experts through the process of creating accounts on our client portal, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately document all interactions with experts, including their responses and any additional information gathered.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor individual performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with professionals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or customer service goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus
