Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Handling tele-sales to engage potential customers & driving sales

· Providing top-notch customer support and resolving inquiries.

· Generate and qualify leads through various sales tactics.

· Achieve sales targets and coordinate efforts with team members.

· To make/receive calls on generated leads through different mediums and to mature sales from the assigned leads

· To provide complete information of the products as per customer query

· To complete all assigned tasks/targets timely and in a well-mannered way

 

Requirements:

· Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Sales Representative.

· Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Experience in Travel & Tourism Sales Preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

· Ability to use your judgement and make decisions
