As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, building rapport, and promoting our services. Your goal will be to set appointments for our sales representatives, increase lead conversion rates, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential leads promptly.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate the ability to overcome objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
