Errands Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative for the night shift. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution to their satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work night shifts.
