  • DM Replies: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages on social media.
  • Payment Confirmation: Confirm and process customer payments accurately.
  • Parcel Returns: Handle and process parcel returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper documentation.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
