Description:
You will contribute to the comprehensive admissions procedure for applicants, spanning from initial engagement to final enrollment in UK, European and MENA region. You will serve as the primary liaison for applicants, encompassing assistance for prospective students in submitting their applications by providing personalized support via telephone, email, and web chat. Collaborating closely with fellow admissions team members, you will ensure the application process is conducted efficiently and equitably for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
● Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls on and from designated numbers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
● Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about university programs, services, and procedures.
● Maintain meticulous records of all inbound and outbound calls within a centralized database for subsequent analysis and review.
● Actively engage in follow-up communications with potential leads through outbound calls, employing persuasive techniques to foster interest and engagement.
● Respond to inquiries and messages received from visitors via the Live Chat feature on our website, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
● Employ effective persuasion strategies to convert potential leads into completed applications, driving the success of our outreach efforts.
● Offering high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
Qualification & Experience:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably dealing with global clients.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to empathize and develop rapport with individuals applying to the University
● A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
● Candidates having experience in teaching English language skills for IELTS or any other platforms are encouraged to apply.
