Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Karachi Division for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Experience knowledge and proficiency
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Experience in a customer service role or call center environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
