Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.

Student Guidance:

  • Make calls to prospective students and provide basic information about study abroad opportunities.
  • Answer inquiries and offer guidance on initial steps for studying abroad.

Document Management:

  • Collect necessary documents from students and ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Provide collected documents to the Education Counsellor for further processing.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update online sheets and databases with student information.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team.
