Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

As a Customer Support Executive at TechMatter Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of international cold-calling experience, along with excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Qualifications: Fresh graduates or O/A Level

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in international cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and patience.
