Dravis Studio is looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or anyone with a knack for customer service.In this role, you'll be the friendly voice of Dravis Studio, helping clients with their needs and promoting our awesome services!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Listen to clients, understand their needs, and find solutions.

Answer calls and emails clearly and efficiently.

Help clients with product questions, orders, and any issues they face.

Promote Dravis Studio services and products through telemarketing.

Keep track of all client interactions and transactions.

Work with colleagues to make sure every client has a great experience.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

College degree or similar experience (a plus, but not a must!)

Communication skills that shine: Talk and write clearly, leaving a positive impression.

People person: Build rapport with clients and make them feel comfortable.

Customer service or sales experience is a bonus!

Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Stay calm and collected even when things get busy.
