Description:

Assistify is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have exceptional communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and process customer orders via phone and email.
  • Accurately manage inventory and ensure orders are processed correctly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients.
  • Utilize good computer skills to manage orders and inventory systems effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
