Description:
360 travel group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team, to support in providing excellent customer service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all enquiries professionally and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage the queues in line with the company policies.
• Keep in touch with management on a regular basis to ensure excellent customer experience..
• Provide administration support by maintaining records and ensuring that complains are logged and recorded appropriately.
Requirements:
• 0 to 6 months experience. in a customer service role.
• A high level of written and spoken English.
• Experience in dealing with inquiries over the phone/email
• Strong organizational skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
