Description:

-Receive and process requests from clients via phone and email.

 

-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 

-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

 

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

-Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.

 

-Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
