Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing assistance with product or service-related issues. You will also actively contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Creating videos for product reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to actively contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
