Title of position: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for multiple fresh and experienced customer service representative for a USA based campaign. Fresh and experienced candidates can also apply, but prior call center experience is a plus.

Pay range: 25,000 to 35,000 + Weekly Commissions + Allowance

Shift timings: 8 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Location: Block 13-C, KFC, opposite Bait-ul-Mukaaram Masjid, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Required qualifications & skills:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in a call center environment
• Must be between 16 and 30
• Listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
