ICON Global is a group company of Icon Group of Companies. The group manufactures and sells Home & Hotel Textiles with offices spread across USA. ICON Global interacts with business professionals in the US Hospitality Industry to develop new customers and work with existing customers to grow our business.
We are looking for competitive, reliable and result orientated individuals for the position of 'Customer Service Representative B2B' to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building business by taking inbound calls, resolving customer queries, bring business by following-Up with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
->Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing customers.
->Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
->Report to Manager and hold responsibility for weekly and monthly sales target.
Requirements:
->Flexible to work according to the US time zone (Night shifts) 5pm-2am.
->Proven experience as a customer service representative/ Retention Specialist.
->Strong English Language proficiency with US or Neutral accent.
->Education A-Levels/ Graduate.
