Customer Service Representative

Description:

⮚ An Australian based company is looking for an experienced customer service representative for an Australian Campaign for its Karachi office.

REQUIREMENTS:

⮚ Must have Walmart experience.

⮚ A level/ Bachelor/ Master in any discipline.

⮚ must have good communication skills and fluency in English Language with UK/USA accent.

⮚ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a reputed international in bound/out bound call center.

⮚ Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

⮚ Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

⮚ Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

⮚ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.

⮚ Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

⮚ Data entry in various platforms.
