Assignments & Responsibilities:

·       Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer

·       information and analyzing customer needs.

·       Manage leads by inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

·       Respond customer quotes and queries and negotiation in price through calls and emails.

·       Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

·       Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

·       Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

·       Provide accurate price, valid and complete information by using the right methods.

·       Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure.

·       Resolve customer complaints and daily follow up via phone and email.

·       Assist with placement of orders, payments, and refund.

·       Inform customer of deals and promotions etc.

·       Deliver superior customer services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Skills Required:

·       Minimum High school degree (O/A levels or equivalent)

·       Good command over English

·       Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office etc.

·       Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

·       Establish and maintain customer relationship

·       Ability to explain product & services and handle conflict situation

·       Convincing power

·       Sales experience & Target oriented

·       Decision Maker & Professional Attitude

·       Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
