Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize retention rates and minimize churn for memberships, contracts, or subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to create targeted renewal campaigns and promotions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding renewal inquiries, negotiations, and processes.
  • Communicate renewal options, benefits, and incentives to encourage customers to renew their memberships or contracts.
  • Analyze renewal data, track key metrics, and generate reports to monitor renewal performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Provide personalized support and assistance to customers during the renewal process, addressing their concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences related to renewals.
  • Conduct customer surveys or gather feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance the renewal experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and renewal strategies, implementing relevant changes or improvements.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in B.com/BBA, Diploma or a related field.
  • Previous experience in similar role and tracking industry within the Customer services, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify underlying issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
