Customer Service Officer

 

Description:

UPS Pakistan ASC is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. If you enjoy engaging with customers and can deliver exceptional service, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and emails promptly, following established guidelines.
  • Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Participate in problem-solving and recommend process improvements.
  • Guide customers about UPS products and services to ensure they are well-informed.
  • Generate new customer leads from inbound calls and emails for the sales department.
  • Proactively follow up on import and export services (End-to-End).
  • Create airway bills for both Export and Import.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Education:

  • Minimum: Graduation

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in customer service or related roles.

Shift:

  • Morning Shift

Location:

  • Clifton, Karachi

Working Days:

  • Monday to Friday
