Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at EVO9X in Lahore. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Education : 4 years Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field preferably from LUMS, LSE, BNU, IBA or FC University.
Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.
Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems for data entry and navigation of CRM software
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong problem-solving abilities
