Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

Key Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Strong coordination with the Suppliers & Customers.
  • Respond promptly over the inquiries regarding Orders & Deliveries and provide solutions as per SOPs.
  • Resolve product or service issues of the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and departments.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward suppliers & customers at all times.
  • Keep proper follow-ups and records with the customer interactions, process customer orders & accounts, and file documents.
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on customer feedback, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and be able to provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience of over 5+ years in a similar role preferably in the Textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Services issues and Handlings of affairs.
  • Proficiency in Emailing and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective English communication and interpersonal abilities.
