Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive in Lahore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat quickly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Efficiently process orders and returns, following shipping regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work with sales and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with managing customer accounts and billing inquiries.
  • Stay informed about market trends and cultural differences related to customer service.
  • Follow quality and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for customer service processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
