Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

As a Customer Service Executive at JC BUCKMAN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and warranty inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Order Management:

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and address any issues.

Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to address technical issues and escalate as needed.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JC BUCKMAN's product line to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new features and updates.

Customer Feedback:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
  • Share customer insights with the broader team to enhance overall customer experience.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics for analysis and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
