Description:
Easetalent is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Support Specialist- French Speaker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse international clientele. Fluent communication in French is essential to cater to the global customer base.
Important note: Candidates must be from Pakistan and proficient in French and English Language.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions.
- Assist customers in navigating our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences, offering guidance, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Process customer orders, manage returns and exchanges, and coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product updates, new launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer preferences and buying history.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Overall 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level is a requirement.
- Proficiency in French at C1 level is a requirement.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt communication style to various customer personalities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for efficient order processing and record-keeping.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and other software tools.
