Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and representing Cressoft's brand and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, referrals, and in-person meetings).
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients and present Cressoft’s digital marketing services effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Consultation & Solution Selling
- Understand Cressoft’s service offerings, including performance marketing, website development, SEO, and social media marketing, and match these with the needs of clients.
- Provide consultations to clients about how our services can improve their business goals.
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution for clients.
- Provide feedback from the market to help improve Cressoft’s offerings and strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and closed deals in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or technology-related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Proficient in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).
