We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing car rental business. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, engaging them through various digital platforms such as WhatsApp and marketplaces like Dubizzle. Your primary goal will be to convert incoming leads into confirmed rentals while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp and marketplaces like Dubizzle.
- Maintain a professional and engaging communication style to connect effectively with potential customers.
- Adhere to response SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets for lead engagement and renewals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental options, packages, and deals.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional services and features.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the management.
- Accurately maintain and update customer data in designated tools (e.g., Excel, CRM) for rentals, renewals, and sales.
- Track the rental fleet status, ensuring accurate records of rented and available vehicles.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with previous leads to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline rental processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in Tele-sales, inbound sales, online lead conversion, customer service, or a related field preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
- Proficient in English communication (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and managing lead status.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
