Description:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone calls.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide product information, assistance, and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
- Previous experience in inbound customer sales or related field is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of client retention strategies and sales techniques is a plus.
