Description:
SNZ CONSULTANT is looking for Customer Sales Representative. We provide end-to-end IT solutions and services to a variety of internal and external organizations. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. The candidate must have an excellent command of English Speaking and proven experience in Customer Service. The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills. Training will be provided.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Expert in English Communication Skills
· Must have experience in Customer Service (Phone, Email, Chat).
· Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
· Should be fluent in spoken English.
· Ability to do research work.
· The ability to write and speak proper English is critical.
· Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
· Responding to sales inquiries over the phone and email.
