Description:
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products and services
Meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Record and update customer information in CRM system
Attend sales and product training as required
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in the telecommunications industry
Previous experience at Mobilink, Ufone, or Telenor as a CSR is a must
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
Strong comprehension and speaking skills in English and Urdu
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
