Description:
As a Customer Sales Executive / Open Phone Caller at Mavericks United, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. You will be working closely with our sales and business development teams to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company's services.
- Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
2. Client Communication:
- Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
3. Staff Augmentation:
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and recruit potential candidates for staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
4. Sales Support:
- Support the sales team in closing deals by setting appointments and providing necessary information to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
5. Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and candidate profiles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering / Information Technology
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of the IT Industry is advantageous.
