Description:
The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in a sales role, preferably in an international customer-facing position. Experience in UK market is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and influence decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
